Mayor’s Neighborhood Arts & Heritage Grant Award Ceremony at BACC – Tuesday, May 3rd at 1:00

The City of Bridgeport, Office of Mayor Bill Finch, is pleased to announce the recipients of the first  ”Mayor’s Neighborhood Arts & Heritage Grant Program” for Spring 2011. On Tuesday, May 3rd at 1:00pm there will be an official Award Ceremony at the Bridgeport Arts and Cultural Council office in the historic Arcade Mall. The program supports creative arts and heritage projects and programs of individual artists and organizations throughout the City of Bridgeport and is administered by the BACC. Mayor Bill Finch will present awards letters and checks to the Individual Artists and Organizations receiving the awards. All are welcome to attend the Mayor’s presentation and congratulate these artists and organizations that do so much in Bridgeport!
